Single-Source Service

One of the biggest differences between A. Arnold and other major van lines is our use of a single moving team from the start to the finish of every move. Most other van lines use an agent system, which means that there may be several different crews working on one move. In fact, in some cases, there may be up to ten different entities involved in a single move. That’s a lot of hands – and a lot of chances for mistakes.

With A. Arnold, however, every move is assigned to a single driver and crew that perform 100% of the services needed. From the first box packed to the last box unpacked, your employee’s belongings are in the experienced hands of the same A. Arnold team. Your organization will be assigned to a single move coordinator who will know and understand your contract and relocation policies. This person will be in contact with your transferees and the moving crew from start to finish. Having all relocation services performed by a single team gives complete quality control over the entire moving process – and gives you and your organization greater peace of mind.

Lower Claims

A. Arnold is proud to have an excellent claims-to-moves ratio. Because we maintain total control of every move, we are able to keep our claims average low. At A. Arnold, only one out of every nine shipments has a claim – less than half the industry average.

When we do have a claim, however, we consider it an opportunity to provide more of our top-notch customer service. The A. Arnold claims department gives each claim the flexibility and individualized attention that is consistent throughout our organization. An average claim is settled within two weeks and closed entirely within thirty days, so you can get on with the business of settling into your new community.

While the moving industry in general has a noticeable lack of experienced drivers, A. Arnold’s team of highly professional drivers have an average of 14 years experience – more than five times the industry norm! Our operations and administrative personnel average over 15 years of industry experience.

Our move coordinators also provide you with budget figures and monitor all phases of your moves so you don’t have to think about the details. And if anything should happen that requires your employee to file a claim, we handle the request quickly and equitably. Our accounting department will also make sure your invoice is complete and accurate. We’ll make sure that we do what we say we’re going to do when we say we’re going to do it.
